1. The best way a lady can show she loves you is to allow you to have sex with her-FALSE: If a lady truly loves you, she will keep herself holy and will not allow any man including you to mess her up.
2. If you do not have multiple sex partners, you are missing in action-FALSE: Those that are jumping from one lady to another are the ones missing out.
3. Everybody is doing it, why not you? - FALSE: People today make it to look as if everybody engages in illicit sex.
4. If you have not had sex yet, you are not a ‘big guy’-FALSE: Having sex before marriage does not make you a big guy, rather, it shows how indiscipline and irresponsible you are. Purity is the mother of integrity
5. You need to test whether a woman is ‘good’ in bed before you marry her-FALSE: A good sex life is not what makes a good marital life. If you go around testing girls you may be on your way to the grave.
6. Once you are sure you will marry each other, you can start having sex or even cohabitate-FALSE: Getting a lady’s consent to your marriage proposal does not make her your wife. Hence, that does not give you license to have sex before marriage.
7. If Boys are not having sex, it causes stomach ache-FALSE: This is not true, because; God our creator is perfect.
8. One-time sex cannot lead to pregnancy-FALSE: Pregnancy can occur even if the intercourse took place once. So, stop fooling yourself saying we will do it once and avoid pregnancy.
9. Very few people have STDs-FALSE: Many of the people in your neighborhood, church, school, fellowship, class etc have STDs, but they won’t tell you they do.
10 . My girlfriend is too neat and beautiful; she cannot have STDs- FALSE: It is not about beauty or cleanliness.

 1.TWO ALONE MAKE A HOME:In God's concept about marriage' two alone make a home."For this reason shall a man leave his father and cleave to his wife"(mark 10:7).A home is formed at the coming together of only two,not more & when they are more than two, it becomes a house. 2.TW0 BECOME ONE:In God's concept of marriage, a man and a woman are to become one.This unity is supposed to affect all realms.Spirit,soul and body.Spiritually,they should belong to the same spiritual kingdom.In th realm of the soul, they should be able to think and speak on one accord.Physically,they should be able to freely share their bodies together.When unity exists between a couple, tremendous power is made available and the impossible becomes possible to them.It is the original concept of God in marriage that couples enjoy the benefits of oneness. 3.MATURITY:In God's concept, marriage is for men and women, not for boys and girls."The rib which the Lord God had taken from man,made a woman, and brought her unto the man" Gen 2:22. Maturity is required before marriage. One needs to be mature spiritually,physically and emotionally. However, maturity can be determined from two view points: age and ability to handle life situations.One that is mature for marriage should be able to assume responsibility for his/her actions,and take up the welfare of his/her spouse and children.If you are not mature enough to be a parent, then you are not mature enough for marriage. Adulthood is a basic requirement for success in marriage.

GOD'S CONCEPT ABOUT MARRIAGE(PT 1)

Marriage is good and it is to be enjoyed. Every good gift and every perfect gifts is from above, and commeth down from the father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. James 1:17. Since marriage was instituted by God,and God is from above, marriage therefore comes from above, and cannot be less good.
1.MARRIAGE INVOLVES LEAVING: In God's concept of marriage,both the man and the woman involved must be ready to leave their parents and relatives. "For this cause shall a man LEAVE his father and mother and cleave to his wife" mark 10:7. The couple must be ready to detach themselves from parents and relatives. After marriage, you are not expected to be tied to the strings of your parents' aprons any longer. You must be able to gain and operate some degree of independence from your parents.You must be able to take some decisions by yourself and accept responsibility over your life and that of your spouse.After marriage, you don't have to accept every counsel and instruction from parents and relations. All must be carefully weighed under the light of the word and in the interest of your home.
2. MARRIAGE INVOLVES CLEAVING: For a marriage to be complete, a couple must not only leave father and mother,but also cleave to each other. "Therefore shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife" Genesis 2:24.The extent to which they have detached themselves from the apron strings of their parents, that determined whether they are truly joined together. There must be a leaving before there can be a cleaving. Without cleaving,the couple cannot receive maximum joy,and benefits in marriage. When you cleave to your spouse as the scripture recommended, nothing will be able to come between both of you.

SUSTAINING A CHRISTIAN HOME

A CHRISTIAN HOME
It is not enough to build a christian home, it has to be sustained. The reason Jesus came is to give abundant life, even in the home. Man, must however, co-operate with God to make the home a mini- paradise on earth, as it is supposed to be. Here are the things that help you in sustaining a christian home:
1)LAY YOUR FOUNDATION ON THE ROCK: The foundation of a building determines to a very large extent what happens to it, and whether that building will last long or not. If something fundamental goes wrong with the foundation,very little can be done to sustain the building. It is same with marriage. For your home to be sustained,you must lay your foundation upon the Rock, in the person of Jesus Christ. How do you lay the foundation of your marriage upon the Rock? By making Jesus Christ the central focus in your home and allowing Him to take His rightful place. Luke 6: 47-49
2)FULFILL YOUR MARRIAGE RESPONSIBILITIES: Marriage has responsibilities attached to it. Both the man and the woman must co-operate in fulfilling their responsibilities, so that the home can be sustained. Negligence on the part of either party can affect the sustenance of the home.

DATING-When dating is mentioned anywhere, what crosses our mind is two people meeting, trying out a relationship and exploring whether they are compatible by going out together.

4.Settle difficult situations-There is always a difficult situation between two people in a relationship and one thing that will help weather the storm, is you and your mate being able to negotiate always and it should be done with respect and awareness.
5.Nurture your relationship-Your relationship should be nurtured into what you want it to be.The question is, do you have the time to love,care,appreciate,respect,pay attention,reciprocates,and be kind to your partner?
